NDMP Drive down and cannot up

I need a solution

Dear All,

     I need to solve issue about NDMP Tape device down. Tape drive will down in a few minute after I try to up. and I try to verify anything and it's ok but I cannot find out solution to solve this problem.

     Please help!!!! Now my workaround is delete tape device from NBU and reconfig again but in 2-3 days I will face this issue again.
