Server Installation Failed with Error 00037

I have a problem with Symantec Backup Exec (SBE) 2012 (SP3). In this morning I received inform email form SBE with the message as in the below picture:

I already installed hot fix. but it still happen. I don't know the reason why. Can you help me?
