Hi All,
Facing a problem with few of the windows server. Previously it was netbackup 6.5 in our environment and data was getting backed up to tape. Now we have upgraded the netbackup to 7.1 and the data is getting backed up to Data Domain. Few of the C drives of windows server are getting failed with netbackup error code 13. From the master server I have increased the Client read time out and file browse time out to 3600 for the client.
Master Server Details :
HARDWARE LINUX_RH_X86
VERSION NetBackup 7.1.0.3
Media server Details:
Same as Master server
Client details : Windows 2008 R2 Standard 64 bit

From clients bpbkar log also have not found anything that can help me.(General 2 verbose 5).
PS : Can not upgrade the environment to 7.1.0.4 or higher.
Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
