Cleaning tape is not reflecting in Backup Exec 2010

Hi Guys,

Technician has inserted new cleaning tape in the library and used old barcode label for it. Probles is that when you check properties of cleaning tape in the Backup Exec under device tab, it is showing count/mount of old cleaning tape while library console is showing cleaning tape with correct mount I meant only 1 count as I have cleaned library once. I have attached pic of cleaning tape properties where you all can see it is showing 504 # of cleanings even it is new tape. I have restarted Backup Exec Device & Media service after performing inventory also performed scan many times but no luck. What can be the issue causing not to reflect new cleaning tape mount/count in the properties checking in Backup Exec?
