Multiple network interfaces (This is a question looking for answers)

Wondering if there is anyway (HardCode) or to tell a BUE agent to use only one network interfaces instead of 2 that are configure on the server? The agent sends traffic across both interfaces and this is causing access issues. The Media server and the Agent resolve normally but for some reason the agent likes to send traffic back to the media server across both interfaces.
