Export/Import Backup Definitions with BEMCLI on BE 2012

Dear All,

I am a newbie for Exec12, now i would like to do as mentioned subject, but I donot know how to run a ps1 file into BEMCLI? Could you please help to explan more details?

From the link below, I think just backup definition name of backup jobs, how can I export all content of backup job?
