Thinking of Buying Backup Exec

Hi,

We have had an external organization look after backups forthe past few years and now we are taking it back in house. I have used Backup Exec before but just for file backups. Looking for a solution that will backup files and the the servers themselves. We have 2 VMs sitting on Esxi and 2 physical on server 2003 and 2008. 

Of the VM's one holds an old version of Exchange that we need to keep for legacy purposes but our currently mail is 365. (too much to explain). The other VM has SQL 2005 on it. The 2 physical machines are DC's.

Can backup exec deal with backing up the above server/file scenario and what would be best to back up on to?
