Upgrade Backup Exec 2012 to 15

Hello Experts,

I'm planning to upgrade the current Backup Exec 2012 to Backup Exec 15 to support backing up windwos server 2012 AD, so Iwondering is there any caveats and/or concerns regarding this issue? (e.g. backup plan, database store, backup agents on the servers, ...etc)
