Cannot create start date for Incremental Backup...?

Is there a way to configure a Start Date for an Incremenal job?  In BE 2010 I was able to configure this easily.  However, in BE 2015 I can only find the option to create a start date for a Full Backup.  Am I missing something here?

Any help help would be much appreciated.
