granulary recovery on Windows Server 2012 R2

Hi Forum-Members,

I experiencing problems when trying to perform a granulary restore on Windows Server 2012 R2.

We are running Backup Exec 15 on a Windows Server 2008 (64-Bit Edition), the Agents are deployed on Windows 2012 R2, and backup can be performed. However the backup-job reports an exception, that no granulary restore can be performed on the 2012R2-servers, since they are running a more recent operating system version than the media server.

How can I circumvent this problem ?
