Exchange 2010 GRT Backups have Stopped working after i upgraded backupexec 2014 sp1 to sp2 hot fix 227745.
My case number is alreadyw ith Symantec but it has not bee solved yet. i have already pushed the latest agent to exchange server then uninstalled it reboot it and then reinstalled and rebooted which didn't work.
Backup-
V-79-57344-33928 - Snapshot Technology: Initialization failure on: "\\\Microsoft Information Store\Database". Snapshot technology used: Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS).
Snapshot technology error (0xE0008488): Access is denied.
Check the Windows Event Viewer for details.

When i try to run vmware backup it says
Backup- VMVCB::\\ip address\VCGuestVm\(DC)(DC)\vm\IT\servername
V-79-57344-38727 - Backup Exec was unable to collect the necessary metadata for virtual machine '\(name"to restore individual application items. You cannot perform GRT-enabled restores of application data from this backup.
I really need these restores to be working and this is very urgent.
Any help will be really appreciated
