Server paused

Hi,

I havethis errorwhen I try todoany work(startajob,inventory,clean):
serverpaused

I havealreadyinstalledthe fixthatyou proposeinother discussionsandItried to puton and take offthe pauseto the media server.
ThedriverisSymantec.

The media server is online now.

Why does it in paused?

I have backup exec 12.5. Now I am downloading the 2012 version.
