consistency check error

Hi,

We are using the BE 2010 for 3 years to backup our exchange server without any issue, but since 4 days ago we get this error:

e000032d - The consistency check of the snapshot for the Microsoft Exchange transaction log has failed. You should check for possible data corruption in the transaction log that is online.

I did run the widows backup to backup the exchange but get the same error.

in the windows log also see these 2 events:

Error 2007:

Information Store (3576) Shadow copy instance 13 aborted.

Error 9782:

Exchange VSS Writer (instance a1ad93c8-86b4-4116-aa5e-dcb3a1a87431:13) has completed the backup of database 'Mailbox Database 0970689781' with errors. The backup did not complete successfully, and no log files were truncated for this database.

Any idea who to get rid of this issue?
