Change drive status from AVR to TLD

Hi, 

Customer added a new tape library to their NetBackup 7.5 and its status is AVR.

Tape Library is Quantum Scalar Tape library connected to NBUMedia (Rhel 6.3)

I saw a post/thread but I think it's for earlier versions, I'm wondering if I can follow Martin's instructions in this thread:
