Symantec Backup exec 2010 error e0008821

hi there

i am getting following error in every full backup job on friday (scheduled full backup on friday). backup starts and backup job will contnue for 2-3 hour but after this time backup job will stuck and tape will come out from media.

e0008821 - Job was recovered as a result of Backup Exec RPC service starting.  No user action is required.
