How to migrate Backup Exec

Hello everyone
I want to reinstall the operating system on the Backup Exec server. Current Version BE: BE 2014 V 14.1 Rev. 1786 (64-bit)

What steps should I do when reinstalling Operation system and BE.

On condition that:

Will change operating system to Windows 2008 R2 (the current operating system windows Storage Server 2003 SP2 (64-bit) )

Server name will remain the same

Data disks (Storage BE) remain on the same server (same drives)

It will be formatted only C: drive 

BE installed on drive C:
