Long Esrase haning without byte count

Hi,

I am trying to perform a long erase on all tapes and the erase job keep running without an end.

We are running Backup Exec 2014 on a Windows Server 2008 32-bit.

When I log into the Robotic Librbay I can see all the tapes loaded, however when I run a long erase its not grabbing the tape and job keeps running.

Does anyone have a solution to this issue?
