problem with Netbackup operation manager

I have windows 2008 master (64 bit) & media server (32 bit) with netbackup 7.0.1

I have NOM for 6.5 for 32 bit that come with our toolkit earlier. From the file comnnect I can't found any NOM package

so I tried to install Netbackup operation manager 6.5 on media server (7.0.1). 

from install folder I run

->Veritas NetBackup Operations Manager.msi

It is successful. Then I run

->SETUP.EXE

After some step It shows the following screen

I just change the password and continue and it is install successfully

But while I want browse it shows

please help me how I can procceed?
