Bare metal restore - Backup Exec 2012 SP4

Hi,

Im currently testing a bare metal restore to different hardeware and I am getting "Boot Failure" when the process completes. The drives I am restoring to are of a smaller size than that to which I took a bare metal image of - does this matter when the actual data size\image is smaller?

For example the complete bare metal image size is 168GB which consists of a C (111GB) and D (57GB) drives. The actual size of these drives is - 232GB for C and 1.862 TB for D. The size of the drives I am restoring them to is C 120GB and D 1TB.

Hope my question is clear otherwise please ask for more information.
