Hey,
I'm backing up virtual machine's (CentOs) VMDK file from our VMWare vCenter. Everything else seems to be working fine, but the dublicate job to tape keeps giving me the following error:
Job ended: Saturday, April 18, 2015 at 9:06:42 AM
Completed status: Failed
Final error: 0xa0009683 - Unable to load the necessary boot configuration files. Backups that were enabled for Granular Recovery Technology may not be available for restore.
Final error category: Resource Errors

What could be the cause for this problem? Same backup routine works fine for Windows virtual machines. I also have seperated VMDK- backup jobs to two different jobs, one for Windows machines and one for CentOS machines.
I'm running Backup Exec 2014 version 14.1 Rev. 1786 (64-bit).
