Netbackup SAP database

Hi,

I need some information on Netbackup SAP database.

We have T5-2 server with 2 processor running solaris 10 configured with 3 SAP database.

Do i need 1x Enterprise server Unix Tier 1 server license along with 1 x Agent for SAP UNIX tier 1or 3 xAgent for SAP licenses?.

We will install Netbackup Server on another zone as there is much space.
