Small Business Edition Licence Issue

I need a solution

Hi,

Installed Backup Exec Small Business Edition 2014 2 months ago onto a brand new Server 2012R2 server.

This server also hosts a HyperV VM for Exchange 2013 and is backed up via the remote agent, of which i understand is covered by the SBS install licence as its a hyperv host on the physical media server.

Backups been working fine for 2 months until last night when it moaned saying

The trial period for Backup Exec or for an agent or option has expired. Enter a serial number and then select the license to install to continue.

I entered the slf licence key when installing the media server.

So i go in and check the licence info and it says that the SBE Agent is installed and licenced (although curiously it said 31 days of 60 remaining next to it)

I went through the licence wizard and removed the licences - deleted the slf file from c:\users\all users\symantec shared

Restarted the services to put it into trial mode.

Re-entered the slf again and ran through the licence wizard it installed but now now my screen says that the Small Business Edition Agent is installed but says No next to licenced.

Tried restarting the services but it doesnt change.

Anybody any ideas?
