I need a solution

My customer wants to test Backup Exec 2014 Disaster recovery scenario. He has two storage devices: deduplication folder and disk storage device. Total size is about 5Tb.
The scenario is:
1. Operating system on BE server is completely destroyed and we don't have backups for it;
2. We don't have tape storage drives and we don't have snapshots of deduplication storage, so we cannot use the scenario described here: http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=HOWTO99122
3. We have BEDB backup and we have original disks where the data (both disk and deduplication storages) are stored. These disks are available read only.
How can we demostrate this scenario? Where can I find a step-by-step guide?
