Sybase 15.7 sap

Hi,

I have 3 Red Hat linux 6.6 all having Sybase sap 15.7.

Do I need 3 agent for sap along with 3 standard client with server license?
Or 3 application And database license along with standard client?
Our storage is windows 2012 storage server HP.
