Backup Exec job to tape always stuck when the file cannot be found ?

Hi,

I'm always having problem with this monthly full backup job in Backup Exec 2012 where I must write all of the 3rd party backup data content (Disk to Disk) to the tape with BE.

When the file in one of the directory got deleted by the backup software, Backup Exec job would always stuck in waiting forever state and doesn't continue on to the next files available, because it is still waiting and looking for a specific file that was no longer available.

How can I make Backup Exec 2012 tape job to resume to the next file available without waiting for this missing file ?
