secedit.sdb excluded from backup?

I need a solution

I have read a couple posts and KBs re this but really just need to get a little conformation on something.

I have a few old 2003 servers whos filsystem backup reports the following:

23/01/2015 19:09:48 - Warning bpbrm(pid=426084) from client XXX: WRN - can't open file: C:\WINDOWS\security\edb.log (WIN32 32: Unknown error)

23/01/2015 19:09:51 - Warning bpbrm(pid=426084) from client XXX: WRN - can't open file: C:\WINDOWS\security\tmp.edb (WIN32 32: Unknown error)

23/01/2015 19:09:52 - Warning bpbrm(pid=426084) from client XXX: WRN - can't open file: C:\WINDOWS\security\Database\secedit.sdb (WIN32 32: Unknown error)

My customer doesn't like little yellow men and will only accept successful backups (little green men). So my plan would be to exclude the above from the backup.

In my mind I'm safe doing this as if a full server recovery is required then these files will be regenerated when the OS is installed and the server joins the domain. Am I right or am I missing something?
