Best practices for reinstalling Windows on a Backup Exec server.

Hello all, our backup exec server has been giving us issues. Nothing backup exec related but more on the windows side of things. I just upgraded it to backup exec 14, and would like to know how I can preserve everything so after I re-install Windows on the server I can get backup exec running as quickly as possible with the same settings / jobs / catalogs I had before.
