Hope everyone had a good break and enjoying in the new year. Our came with an ice storm and -27C temperatures!
We had to change our backup system passwords due to an unavoidable situation and somehow did a typo when changing the password for NetBackup OpsCenter (7.6.0.3 on Windows server 2003) admin account. Although the system is running OK and reports are being generated and other users can login, I cannot login to do admin tasks. I'm also planning to move it to a Windows 2012 server and need to recover the password before I can start the move.
What are the options in this situation? Does Symantec support have a solution for this? I do have backups for the server going back before the change and if someone can point me where OpsCenter stores the local account information, I could try restoring those file(s) too.
Thanks in advance.
