backup exec 2014

hello dear,

Cannot push or otherwise communicate with Backup Exec 2014 Remote Agent for Windows. Receive error: 0xe00086ce - Backup exec cannot connect to the remote computer.

i have disabled firewall
network connection is now ok
i can re-add the server
but when i try to push the agent. i get those errors
