Backup Exec 2010 Not backing up several files

Hi,

Our Symantec BAckup exec 2010 had been giving us some error on our daily backups. It's saying that there's a job error regarding that it can't find several files. It can't access them and therefore can't back up. I checked the path and it's an existing file. Any suggestions? Ideas?
