Backup Exec windows agent

hi

I try to push the windows agent to my file server that run windows server 2003 r2. Backup exec 2014 shows the agent sucessfully installed. but it not install to the server machine. i can't get the backup. backup window display the server not connected. ( I try to install that agent manually and silent moode  but it is unsucessfull, when i try to install that agent manually i prompt vc++ installation error. i try it to disable the both firewall and AV)
