Exchange 2010 DAG Backup Experience / Recommendataions

Hi,

We've just implemented an Exchange 2010 DAG using 3 nodes, there are 2 nodes at our primary site and the 3rd at our DR location, there are 6 databases of approx 100GB each. Each primary node has 3 active and 3 passive databases and the DR node has 6 passive.databases.

Servers are Windows 2008 R2 virtual, running on vSphere 5.1., all storage is SAN attached

We have 2 5220 appliances running 2.5.4, 1 located at each site, volumes are PureDisk with SLP used to replicate between sites.

Any experience appreciated, GRT is a main priority
