Jobs in connecting stage

Hi Team,

DB2 Team intiate the user bkps and the job is in connecting stage.Medias available in scratch.Job picking a media from scratch and showing the current media is complte and requesting next but it not using next any media.

There are medias in scratch.My higer level did something and it comes to writing stage.I want to know what may the problem library or media.

Pls help.
