Not all data is backup (6.5) Unix

I have make a manual backup of one of my servers, showing that is is 100% completed, now when I trying to restore, it shows that one of the folders is empty, but there are files in this folder.  The /sapmnt when backup only shows 32kb in size and that is not correct.

1.png shows all folders on Server

2.png shows there is no files in the folder /sapmnt

3.png shows all the folders to be backup in netbackup

4.png, 5.png and 6.png just shows reports on this

This is also showing on other pollicis as well
