Want to restore sql diff backup after full restore with "Leave database ready to use option"

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if there is any posibility of restoring a differential MS SQL database backup after a full restore completed that had the "Leave database ready for use" option set? I apologise if this question has been answered before.
