upgrade to BESR 2013

Hi,

I was trying to deploy the BESR agent on a windows 2012 machine but it was failing. Knowing that I have BESR 2010 with the latest service pack. Does BESR 2010 support windows 2012 machines>

If not can you please inform me where to download the media for upgrading to backup exec 2013? What are the neccessary steps for the upgrade?
