netbackup HW refresh

Hi Everyone,

We have an ongoing HW refresh project, need to move from old environment to new one.
 

Old:

1 Windows 2003 R2 enterprise edition SP2; Netbackup 7.1.0.3; IBM TS3200 tape library

New:

Windows 2012;  Netbackup 7.6; DataDomain 2500

New „A” and „B” datacenters.

A: 1 Master server, 1 media server

B: 1 failover master server, 1 media server

My question:

• how can we migrate all the catalog data from the old environment to the new one?
• what possibilities do we have for master server failover?
• how can we copy all data from old tape environment to DataDomain?
