A failure occured querying the writer status

Dear all,

I am having the following situation:

I have one Symantec Backup Management server then i take backups of different servers.

I am using backup exec 2012 and windows server 2003

On the management server which runs the backup exec server utility  i get the following error:

Error category    : Resource ErrorsError             : e000fed1 - A failure occurred querying the Writer status.

This error comes up on the Shadow?Copy?Components part.

If i do a vss admin list writers the wmi writer fails(on the "client agent" server):

   Writer Instance Id: {4723e94a-3eb2-4024-9c3f-36e072b15714}

   Last error: Retryable error

I already restarted the server and already tried reregistering the dll's.

Then no error shows up but the first time i do a backup again the error occurs again.
