Java console error "cannot execute program 509" screenshot attached

I need a solution

Hi Folks,

I have been dealing with a strange issue from last 2 weeks with the Symantec support without making any progress. Any help would be appreciated.

 

I have a Windows master server (2012 R2) running Netbackup 7.6.0.2. Im in a situation to configure the Java console for accessing it from the individual user machines. However , when I try to login from the java console (7.6.0.2) from any workstations, Im getting an error 509.

Auth.conf:

Symantec support really sucks as different people call me everyday and do the samething over again.
