DBBACKEX failing

Running Netbackup 7.5 client on Windows 2008 Server and SQL Server 2008 Standard edition install.

Attempting to run a backup using DBBACKEX and it is failing.

Here is what I am running from the command line:

dbbackex -f Myscript.bch  -s myServer -p myPolicy -u sa -pw mypassword

and I am getting this error:

USE SYNTAX: ddbackex -f <file> [-p <policy>][-s server][-d <ODBC DSN>][-u <userid>][-pw <password>][-np]
