Limit tape drives used for a restore

I know how to limit the number of tape drives used in backup operations but is there is way to limit the number of drives used for restores?

A restore that got submitted yesterday (it happened to be a RMAN restore) used 4 of our 8 drives.  Is there a way within Netbackup that I could have limited this to perhaps 2 drives active at a time?

I have no access to the RMAN side of things.
