Backup Exec 2012 with Hyper V 2012 Exchange 2013 VM

Dear Sir,

  I have backup exec 2012 installed on windows 2008 r2 and have a hyper-v 2012 with exchange 2013 vm guest. I backed up the exchange 2013 vm guest with only file and folders GRT enabled. However, I can't do any file and folders GRT restore. Does anyone know what the case is? Thanks
