How do I add a Stream to an NDMP policy for a netapp client?

Policy has this:

NEW_STREAM 
Set Hist=y   
Set Snapsure=y   
Set type=vbb  
/vol/inpnj0050_data  
NEW_STREAM  
Set Hist=y   
Set Snapsure=y   
Set type=vbb 
/vol/inpnyc0023_data

When the job is Run it only uses one Stream, no child jobs are created.

I have taken over this environment and it is NBU 6.5 (yes I know its not supported, and we are going to an appliance soon).  I have never worked with NetApp before just celerra.  I can't seem to find the options for NetApp.  Can some point me in the right direction or provide some insight it would be greatly appreciated.
