License query

At the moment we have one Media Server (live) and manage it using remote administration installed on a VM (this VM is also used for Disaster Recovery and testing the process)

What we'd like to know is whether we would be permitted to install the full product on the VM to (using our existing licenses), although it would only be used in the DR scenario.

Also, if we do install the full product on the VM would we still be able to use the remote administration in our live environment?
