2 datastore on VM, can Backup exec convert to VM to the 2nd store i created?

Hi:

I have one local store and 1 nfs store in vm.. i use my backup exec and backup as server to VM ...seem it can ok on the vm 's local store only ..

can it be locate in the nfs store ? on one click?
