Restoring .bkf files backed up in one version to other version

Hi,

We have .bkf file backed up in 2012 version and would like to restore the same in 2010 R3 version.

Scenario :

We have Backup Exec 2012 Version in xyz.com domain, backed up the server data and have the .bkf files in a external storage.

now, we have to resotre those files to abc.com domain,which is having 2010 R3 version of backup exec.

We copied the .bkf files to abc.com server and trying to restore them. We are not able to see the .bkf files while doing the restore operation.

How to perfrom this step, any suggesstions/help is greatly appreicated.
