Upgrade OpsCenter 7.x to new HW

Hi all,

I need some information about upgrade Opscenter to version 7.6, in my envirnment I have Opscenter 7.5.0.4 and Master Server 7.5.0.4 on Solaris env, my questions are:

1) it's possibile to upgrade Ops to 7.6 only 

2) If I would to change hardware machine, is it possibile to change hostname to new machine and register new opsserver in master server?

3)just make up the old db, and then imports to the new machine with new opscenter installation?
