Unable to uninstall Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows System

I am unable to uninstall Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows System version 13.0.4164. I had cleaned up the registry and deleted all the Symantec Backup Exec related folders but still under "Add Remove Programs" I see "Symantec Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows Systems" and it has three updates, when I click on the updates it has a message "This update cannot be removed". The updates are {623300c7-0c63-41bb-8978-9a7a19f2c562}, {79968BE9-BD04-40FF-BB5B-B1D365F86DD7} and {BB0035E1-EDA3-4180-931E-5EFDB0496D94}.

I had restarted the server many times. This is a Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition SP2.
