I need a solution

I am getting below error during backup of Unix client.
Details :
Master server OS : Windows2008
Master Server NBU Version : 7.5.0.6
NBU Client OS : HP-UX, B.11.31, ia64
NBU Client NBU Version : 6.5

File exist on the server, and it seems to be a device file.

Previously there were arount 630 hung BPBKAR32 process were running, I had stopped them, now only one BPBKAR32 ran for the job I started.
Assistance would be much appreciated.
